VERA Aero-Road is the first model in our family. The design and construction of VERA AR went hand in hand with the development of our unique technology. VERA AR represents the foundation of our bespoke monocoque innovation.
The challenge could only arise in the most demanding segment, combining speed and endurance.

Aero in the real world
In aerodynamics it’s the details that make the difference and in the shapes of VERA nothing is left to chance. Each choice comes from an in-depth study of the interactions between frame, components and cyclist in motion. Our knowledge was developed as consultants in CFD and in the wind tunnel, but it was refined through road testing, where real-world physics leaves no room for shortcuts.
The VERA AR design incorporates:
– a set-back seatpost to eliminate turbulence between the seat stays and the wheel
– a tapered down tube to optimize airflow and interaction with the front wheel and water bottle
– a narrow head tube with a 1″ 1/4 lower bearing
– a low-slung fork crown with ample front tire clearance
– a winged handlebar that adjusts to the stem mounting angle
Tailored Cockpit
The cockpit designed by Gregario reconciles internal wiring and seasonal posture needs.
Stem length and handlebar width are tailored to the your uniqueness. Then, the mounting angle can be changed from -3° to +10° (to ground plane), adapting your posture to the physical condition of the moment or to the specific needs of a single race. The handlebar rotation on the stem clamp keeps the aerodynamic profile perfectly horizontal but can be eventually angled for further refinement.
Integrated seatpost
The choice of an integrated seatpost design is directly enabled by our custom manufacturing process. Our bespoke monocoque geometry is built precisely around the rider’s physical matrix from the start, reducing the adjustment window needed for fine-tuning your riding position.
To allow for seasonal adaptations (or component updates affecting the saddle height) the system maintains a precise height adjustment range of ±30 mm.
This continuous structural layout yields significant aerodynamic and structural benefits, imparting a clean, continuous aesthetic to the entire frame.
Dedicated fork
A perfect fork must guarantee precision and riding safety. The geometry we have designed for the fork integrates perfectly with the frame of VERA AR, improving the aerodynamics of the head tube and down tube.
